Removal of existing outdated shower facility, and install new, high-end modern day, energy efficient facility. Work included taking the building back to the original shell and rebuilding from the floor upwards. Installation of solar panels, and rainwater system for the toilets, underfloor heating PIR sensors and energy saving glass.
